Refund policy

Because Maranatha Farm sells seasonal, perishable, limited-quantity farm products, we do not accept traditional returns on food, produce, flowers, CSA shares, or prepared goods after pickup or delivery.

If an item is missing, incorrect, damaged, spoiled, or otherwise not right, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another reasonable resolution.

Order changes or cancellations should be requested as early as possible. For weekly pickup orders, changes requested before the posted order deadline are more likely to be accommodated. Once an order has been packed, fulfilled, picked up, or delivered, it may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

CSA shares are seasonal commitments and depend on harvest conditions. CSA shares are generally not refundable once the season has started, except at Maranatha Farm's discretion or if we are unable to provide the share. If you miss a pickup window, you may send someone else to pick up your share, but unclaimed shares may be donated and may not be refunded.

Event and workshop registrations may have event-specific cancellation rules. If Maranatha Farm cancels an event, we will offer a refund, credit, or rescheduling option.
