This website is operated by Maranatha Farm. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Our products are seasonal farm products, prepared foods, CSA shares, event registrations, and related farm offerings. Availability, harvest contents, pickup schedules, delivery availability, and prices may change based on weather, field conditions, staffing, and inventory. We may limit, cancel, or refund any order if an item becomes unavailable or if there is an error in product information, pricing, or inventory.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, pickup, delivery, and payment information. The farm is not open to the public except during posted pickup hours, scheduled events, or confirmed appointments.

Orders are generally available for pickup at Maranatha Farm, 75 Willow Ave, Far Hills, NJ 07931, during posted pickup windows. Local delivery may be available within our delivery area when selected at checkout. Perishable items that are not picked up during the scheduled window may not be eligible for refund.

CSA share contents vary by season and harvest conditions. If you cannot pick up a CSA share, you may send someone else to pick it up. Unclaimed CSA shares may be donated after the pickup window.

Some baked goods and prepared foods may contain or be processed near common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and other ingredients. Gluten-free items are not prepared in a dedicated gluten-free facility.

All site content, photography, writing, branding, and design belong to Maranatha Farm unless otherwise stated. These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey.
