Yellow Peruvian Baby Ginger

This item is for ONE 1/2 LB. CONTAINER OF BABY GINGER. Baby ginger is very tender; you can simply chop and use it without having to peel through a tough skin and fibrous center. The flavor is fragrant but much more mild than mature ginger.
