Garlic

This item is for ONE HEAD OF CURED GARLIC.  We use a hardneck variety of garlic that has a robust, earthy flavor with a high heat intensity that mellows quickly. It's considered to have a full and robust taste that sets it apart from other garlics.  Each head has 5-7 individual easy to peel cloves so you don't spend all day peeling tiny cloves.
