Winter Solstice: Qigong Movement & Restorative Sound Bath

This item is for ONE PERSON TO ATTEND A GUIDED QIGONG EXPERIENCE, AND SINGING BOWL SOUND BATH.

Come for a calming, guided Qigong experience that blends breath, posture, and slow movement to restore balance and vitality, ending in a Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Bath in honor of the Winter Solstice. 

Please join us for our Winter Solstice Sound Bath & Qigong Experience: a calming blend of sound, breath, and movement to nurture balance, relaxation, and inner vitality.

Qi Gong will be led by our Friend and Collaborator, Dr. Jason Frigerio of New Jersey Natural Medicine, and our Founder Michele Logan will lead the sound bath. Please come learn about the foods we should eat during Winter to nourish us, hear about which element represents Winter, and what the season is meant to teach us about ourselves.

Light refreshments will be served, please bring your own yoga mat.
